How to get a replacement I-94

In many cases, an immigrant who has been in the US for many years after overstaying a visa may have lost his I-94 card, or his passport with the entry stamp.  If he then seeks to adjust status, he needs proof of admission and inspection, which the I-94 provides. If your I-94 has been lost, damaged or stolen, you can apply for a replacement with Form I-102.
