Name check victory, Part I

Expect a flood of I-485, I-601, I-687 and I-698 approvals…

… but of course, watch what they do, not what they say:

USCIS has announced that it will begin approving the above listed cases which have cleared FBI fingerprint and IBIS checks,  and for which FBI name checks have been pending for more than 180 days.

N-400 (naturalization) cases will still require name checks to clear, though, according to USCIS.
