Name check victory, Part II

Aytes Memo notwithstanding, the US. District Court in Pennsylvania ordered USCIS to begin approving certain naturalization cases that have had FBI name checks pending… and, if they want to continue using name checks as a justification for delay, to make new rules regarding that and request public comment.
