… or at least, is trying to keep from getting swamped. Only one petition per beneficiary (by the same petitioner). Even so, with the current cap on filings, I think we’ll be surprised by the numbers of applications that will wind up in the California and Vermont Service Centers in early April. Here in Boston (and everywhere else), H-1B’s are sitting in Fedex and DHL envelopes waiting to be filed… the flood is coming!
