1. It’s not necessary to shoot people that you’re trying to stop for a traffic violation.
2. As long as it’s impossible for immigrants to get drivers licenses, we can expect more of this:

I expect the police and DA will follow the usual script and justify the killing. Disgraceful. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, and in particular to his two young children, left fatherless by police overreaction.
