Publication of the Federal Register TPS designation for Haitians in the US is slated for January 21, 2010.
I’m visiting family in Panama this week, but will be back in my office on January 26th; meanwhile, there are many resources available in Boston for folks from Haiti who qualify for Temporary Protected Status: Catholic Charities, the City of Boston, and the Haitian Multi Service Center will have clinics starting shortly, and attorneys from the American Immigration Lawyers Association New England Chapter have stepped forward to serve.
